We ship Monday-Friday each week.  We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 business days from the date of payment made. This may differ for custom orders and is subject to stock availability. 

Domestic Orders:

No charges for orders shipped within India. 

The estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days.

We are partnered with Delhivery & DHL. 

International Orders:

No charges for orders shipped internationally.

The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. We are partnered with DHL/FedEx. 

Once the order is confirmed, the details about the shipment will be shared via text message or mail. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

ALL OF THE BUTTON THIEF CO. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY FROM OUR OUTLET IN CHENNAI TO YOUR PROVIDED SHIPPING ADDRESS. DUE TO THE NATURE OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, OCCASIONALLY A CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH ARE LEVIED ONCE A SHIPMENT REACHES YOUR COUNTRY. IN THE CASE WHERE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE ASSESSED, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THESE ADDITIONAL FEES. THE BUTTON THIEF CO. TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE NON-DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN CASE SUCH TAXES AND DUTIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND SETTLED BY THE RECIPIENT AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS, AND WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY REFUNDS IN SUCH CASES.  

TRACKING:

For your convenience, when your item has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number.  We recommend checking on tracking updates often so you can be aware of the delivery date.  Customers are responsible for managing and receiving their shipments.  In the unfortunate event that your parcel has become lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@thebuttonthiefco.com and we can help you sort this out right away.
